We process account and device identifiers required to operate the app, push notification tokens, and limited technical telemetry used for reliability, debugging and abuse prevention.

2. How We Use Data

Data is used to deliver forecast content, synchronize subscriptions, send warning notifications, protect the service, and improve reliability.

3. Notifications

When you enable alerts, we store your platform push tokens (for example FCM and APNs where available) to deliver warning notifications for your selected locations.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We only share data with service providers needed to operate TrueWind, such as infrastructure and push delivery providers.

5. Retention

We retain operational logs and technical data only as long as necessary for security, reliability and legal obligations.

6. Your Choices

You can disable notifications in the app or in your device settings. You can also contact us to request account-related assistance.
