Forecasts can be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for all navigation and safety decisions. Always use official marine bulletins, local notices and your own judgment.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability, or use automated access in ways that degrade service for others.
4. Availability
TrueWind is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
5. Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, TrueWind and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages related to your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
